Pure&True wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Pureandtrue.com
accepts returns on items purchased through this website only. Products
bought at other locations must be returned there. We cannot accept returns
from other locations.

If you would like to return or exchange a purchase, please call or email
customer service at (808) 263-2508 or customerservice@pureandtrue.com
within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to accept returns
or exchanges after that period.

When returning products, we recommend you use UPS or US Priority Mail to
ensure fast delivery. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Also, you
will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Please make sure
to include your name, phone number, and order number in your returned
package.

If you would like a replacement product due to defect, we will send out a
replacement of the same product at no cost to you upon receipt of the
returned product.

If you would like a credit card refund, we will need your credit card
information in order to issue the refund to your credit card. If this
information is not included with your returned product, we will call you to
collect it. Please Note: We cannot process a credit card refund without this
necessary information.
